The origins of Workforce Performance can be traced back to as early as 1992 where our founder first tackled performance measurement and performance pay challenges in apparel manufacturing. Over the years, as apparel manufacturing receded from US, it became apparent to him that performance measurement and performance pay was a critical requirement in many other vertical markets. and his experience base expanded into logistics and other types of manufacturing. All along the way, his vision for a point solution that could calculate any hourly gross pay became increasingly refined.
In 2017, development began in what is today known as Workforce Performance. In a few short years, proofs-of-concept have been established in a wide range of industry types and and variable pay challenges.
